Mr. East joined Gerber Taylor in 1997 and is Director of Due Diligence. As such, he coordinates due diligence on new managers and monitors and evaluates existing managers. He also serves on the majority of the firm’s Investment Committees. Previously, he worked for eight years in the audit and business advisory division of Arthur Andersen, LLP in Memphis, TN and Little Rock, AR, where he served as Manager. Mr. East received a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Gibbs joined Gerber Taylor in 2012 as a member of the manager due diligence and monitoring team. Prior to Gerber Taylor, Mr. Gibbs was a Senior Associate with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in their investment management practice group. Mr. Gibbs’s practice focused on the formation of private investment funds, advising managers of, and investors in, private investment vehicles, investment company matters, including exchange-traded funds, and investment advisers act regulations. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia, a M.B.A from Villanova University School of Business, and a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
Mr. Rikard joined Gerber Taylor in 2012. His focus is manager due diligence and monitoring. Previously, Mr. Rikard worked for over eight years in the audit and advisory practice of KPMG LLP, where he served as a Senior Manager. Mr. Rikard received a B.A. cum laude in Business Administration and a M.S. in Accounting from Rhodes College; he is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
Mrs. Reid joined Gerber Taylor in 2010 and is responsible for supporting the firm’s due diligence and monitoring efforts. Prior to joining Gerber Taylor, Ms. Reid was a regional account manager at various companies. Previously, she was employed by Morgan Keegan as a sales assistant in their Fixed Income Division and CNH Capital where she worked as a strategic account analyst. Ms. Reid received a B.A. cum laude in English from the University of Mississippi.
Ms. McPherson joined Gerber Taylor in 2006 and is responsible for maintaining manager documents and correspondence and supporting the firm’s due diligence and monitoring efforts. Prior to Gerber Taylor, Ms. McPherson was a New Account Implementation Specialist at Paychex for seven years.
Sara Kathryn Pace
Ms. Pace joined Gerber Taylor in 2008 and is responsible for maintaining manager documents and correspondence and supporting the firm’s due diligence and monitoring efforts. Ms. Pace received a B.S. in Applied Science from the University of Mississippi.
