Mrs. Cornpropst joined Gerber Taylor in 1999 and is the firm’s Chief Financial Officer overseeing corporate accounting and financial reporting. In addition, she is the Chief Compliance Officer for the firm's advisory business. Previously, Mrs. Cornpropst worked for 14 years in various financial capacities, including five years as the controller of a high net worth family office. Mrs. Cornpropst received a B.S. in Accounting from Christian Brothers University; she is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mrs. Meeks joined Gerber Taylor in 2001. She is the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Gerber Taylor Management; as such, she oversees the compliance and accounting and financial reporting of the fund-of-fund partnerships. Prior to Gerber Taylor, Mrs. Meeks worked for Arthur Andersen, LLP for over four years as a senior tax consultant. Mrs. Meeks received Bachelor of Professional Accounting and Master of Taxation degrees from Mississippi State University; she is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Kay joined Gerber Taylor in 2014. His focus is accounting and reporting for the GT Funds. Previously, Mr. Kay worked for over seven years in various financial capacities, most recently within the audit and advisory practice of KPMG LLP, where he served as a manager. Mr. Kay received a B.S. summa cum laude in Business Administration from Franciscan University of Steubenville and MBA magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame; he is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. He has also earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Mrs. Jones rejoined Gerber Taylor in 2007 as a Controller of the Private Equity and Real Assets strategies. Prior to returning, Mrs. Jones was home raising her children from 2000 – 2007. Mrs. Jones worked as the Controller for Gerber Taylor from 1994 – 2000. Before Gerber Taylor, she was an auditor with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Mrs. Jones received her B.B.A. in accounting from Baylor University and her M.B.A. in finance from the University of Memphis.
Mrs. Woodard is a Controller of the Private Equity and Real Assets strategies. Prior to joining Gerber Taylor in 2004, Mrs. Woodard worked for several school districts as an accounting officer and business instructor. Mrs. Woodard has earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Mississippi University for Women and an MBA from Union University.
Mrs. Kruger joined Gerber Taylor in 2006. As an accounting assistant, she focuses on reporting fund performance and assisting the Controllers with day to day accounting functions. Prior, Mrs. Kruger worked for AutoZone in the Marketing Department. Mrs. Kruger graduated cum laude with a BA from Lambuth College and graduated magna cum laude with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Memphis.
Mrs. Carter joined Gerber Taylor in 2019. She is an accounting assistant working with fund performance, manager transactions, and audit/tax preparation. Prior to joining Gerber Taylor, Mrs. Carter worked for HopeWorks, a Memphis-based nonprofit, in the accounting and grants departments. She holds a B.A. from Emory University.
Mrs. Hicks joined Gerber Taylor in 2014. As an accounting manager, she focuses on assisting Gerber Taylor’s Chief Financial Officer with day to day accounting functions. Prior to joining Gerber Taylor, Mrs. Hicks worked for The Wormser Firm as a staff accountant for 23 years.
Mrs. Czech joined Gerber Taylor in 2014. Her primarily responsibility is as the administrator of accounts held at Schwab. She also assists the accounting manager with accounts payable and check depositing duties. Prior to joining Gerber Taylor, Mrs. Czech worked at Wunderlich Securities as a Registered Sales Assistant for 10 years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
